Festival Village
Our Festival Village can host up to 800 people and includes a stage with XLR connection to our in-house PA, two fully equipped commercial kitchen containers, and other versatile units for bars, coffee stations, or merchandise. The space features toilets and a fully accessible Changing Spaces unit.
With mixed seating and standing areas, picnic benches at ground level, and a terrace overlooking the canal (optional tables and seating available), it’s ideal for summer parties, private celebrations, corporate events, or photo/film shoots. Vehicle access is available, and you’re welcome to bring your own catering or concessions.

Events Arena
Our outdoor urban events space is a versatile and accessible venue, perfect for private and public events of up to 3,000 people.
It’s ideal for live music, funfairs, markets, exhibitions and filming.
The arena can be used on its own, as part of our Festival Village, or divided for smaller gatherings.
