Welcome to Salt and Tar
Our venue is undergoing an exciting transformation as we create a brand-new destination for live music, events, and culture in Bootle. While we build for the future, we’re planning what’s next and can’t wait to welcome you back. The next chapter of Salt and Tar is coming soon, and it’s worth the wait.
Music Weekender 2027
In the meantime after welcoming thousands of visitors to our On Tour event at Lock & Quay this summer, we’re excited to confirm that the Music Weekender will return in 2027. We’re busy planning what’s next, and we’ll be sharing details of the location and line-up soon.
